About Us
Empowering Every Athlete. Redefining Limits.
At Adapt & Thrive, we believe that fitness is for everyBODY—no matter the obstacles. Founded by Brittany Reinke, a passionate Physical Therapist, Certified Adaptive and Inclusive Trainer, and CLF1 Trainer, Adapt & Thrive was built on the foundation that strength isn’t just physical; it’s mental, emotional, and deeply personal.
In the traditional model of Physical Therapy, individuals are limited to episodes of care, at best, and aren't provided the ability to continue working on their physical skills to continue to improve their level of functional independence. Here at Adapt and Thrive, we are bridging the gap between the medical model and the traditional fitness industry to provide expert level care in a fitness setting.
*Note: this DOES NOT replace Physical Therapy services at this time.

The Vision Behind Adapt & Thrive
I founded Adapt & Thrive because I saw a gap in the fitness industry—a lack of truly inclusive, empowering, and adaptive training programs. Traditional gyms often overlook the unique needs of adaptive athletes, leaving them with limited options for progressive, safe, and effective training, at no fault of their own. Having trainers with professional medical careers as a foundation of their fitness training, it provides the missing link to provide safe, efficient, and progressive programs for individuals, regardless their history or background in movement.

At Adapt & Thrive, we take a different approach:
✅ Customized Training for Every Athlete – Whether you're an adaptive athlete with a medical diagnosis, recovering from an injury, or just starting your fitness journey, our programs meet you right where you are.
✅ Community-Driven Support – We are more than a gym; we are a family built on encouragement, growth, and resilience.
✅ Evidence-Based Coaching – We integrate the latest training methodologies to ensure safe, effective, and sustainable progress.

Our mission is simple: To create a space where everyone—regardless of ability—can grow, push boundaries, and redefine what’s possible.
